Dave Grundfest Company has been selected as the general contractor for the Argenta Community Theatre (ACT).  The theater is planned for Main Street in downtown North Little Rock, AR where DGC is currently completing or has completed several other projects including the City Grove Townhomes, the Starving Artist Café, office space for Argenta Development Council and Argenta Wealth Management as well as multiple luxury condo finish-outs.  ACT is a planned 175 seat theater with full dressing and backstage space with the idea of helping advance performing arts in NLR, specifically for the youth.  The founders expect the theater to produce and present up to four productions annually and the space will also be used for a variety of functions including film screenings, book signing, recitals, rehearsal dinners, parties and concerts.
