Dave Grundfest Company recently began the renovation of the former corporate headquarters of Dillard’s Inc located at 900 West Capitol Avenue in Little Rock, AR.  The existing building, with approximately 120,000 square feet, has been vacant since 2003 and will house offices for five state agencies, the Arkansas State Library, Arkansas Economic Development Commission, Arkansas Development Finance Authority, Arkansas Science and Technology Authority, and Administrative Office of the Courts. 

In addition to the renovation, DGC will add a fourth floor on the north half of the building to match the four floors on the front half, adding approximately 12,500 square feet of new office space and an exterior balcony.  The completion date is set for February 2010.
